For Plant Orders:
We dispatch all plant orders within 24 hours of purchase. You’ll receive your tracking details within this period.
If your order is placed on a weekend, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.
For Terrarium Orders:
Each terrarium is handcrafted to order, so please allow 1–3 days for preparation and shipping.
If you’ve chosen Express Shipping (available at an additional cost), your order will be sent via an express courier service. If we haven't charged for the express shipping then Express Shipping is not valid in that case.
Delivery Time:
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your delivery location.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping is FREE for all prepaid orders above ₹999.
